That's what Tyler called Reagan in her (what I thought to be) cute little outfit. I guess black leggings don't go with a pinkish dress after all. What was I thinking. Thoughts? But look at those cute little tiny wee bity flippy flops. Adorable. And it's not torture Tyler, it's cute.
