I was given a copy of Rod Stewart's new album "time" in exchange for my honest review.
Stewart wrote and produced 11 of the album's 12 cuts. The album just came out last week, and really is so good. Stewart said a lot of the lyrics came from his own life, which I love. It makes the songs seem real and somehow easier to relate to. I love when I know that a song has a story behind it. My two favorite tracks on the album are "She Makes me Happy" and "Beautiful Morning." I like to pretend the hubs is singing "She Makes me Happy" .. about me. Beautiful Morning is so upbeat, it made me smile and seriously put me in a good mood. The album shows why Rod Stewart is still around. This is an easy album to love!!
