The annual Caribou County Fair didn't disappoint!
We took the kids to the demolition derby this year instead of the rodeo.
They loved it. We had front row seats (not by choice, it was packed) and got sprayed with mud more then once. The kids were pretty good, it got kinda long. The half time show is always so funny. They have teams driving on a four-wheeler. The guy on the back has a foam bat and a balloon tied to his helmet. They drive around popping the balloons. Quite funny. Only at a county fair will you find this kind of entertainment!
We also hit up the parade. Best parade ever. It helps that we always have the best seats in the house. The kids got way too much candy, and are still eating a piece after lunch and dinner. It's nice that I have treats on hand for months. They know if they clean their plate they get a treat. I'm very much into bribery, don't judge me.
I had my favorite fair food. I don't know what it's called. I call it a mountain of goodness. French fries topped with cheese, sour cream, onions, bacon etc. Delicious. Thanks Pa Fowler for spoiling this pregnant girl.
Their favorite car ... pink and purple of course, with the only girl driver.
It took awhile after the 1/2 time show for the 2ND group to come out, so the M.C invited all the kids out to dance. That was one dirty dance floor, and one dirty car afterwards ... but they had so much fun.Kennedy is boogying

You were probably glad for the delay, it gave the kids a chance to get some wiggles out. Kennendy has always had some sweet moves. Wonder who her influence was :)
