After our crazy Easter Eve, we went to bed and woke to a wonderful Easter morn.
The kids were so excited, and finally dragged their sleepy parents from their cozy beds.
The rest of the morning went as usual. First they found all the eggs and then dug into their baskets. They being the girls. Lincoln found 1 egg, ate all the jelly beans inside drooled rainbow goo all over our carpet, couch and pillows before finally ... eating more jelly beans.

Bubble gum egg cartons are a must. Our rabbit almost FORGOT! Can you believe it? Is that a new coffee table in the living room?
Happy Easter to you....The Easter Bunny did not really come to our house, we got some Cadbury Mini eggs (12) of them and that is all. I guess that it will get better when we have some kids and more excitement!!
Don't worry you are not the only one! This 'ol grandma didn't do half the things she usually does for Easter, i.e. the bunny shapped cake (Grandpa so tackfully reminded me that I didn't make on Easter afternoon) We did have a nice sit down ham dinner inbetween conference sessions and the grandkids hunted for eggs in the back yard. It was good to see you at Aubrey's wedding, can't wait for May 1st and the get together!
