Lincolns mullet had to go, it was time. What is it with my kids and mullets? Maybe the take after their daddy.
I didn't think I took off that much hair, until I looked in the sink. It was way more then I thought!
You can tell it's my 1st time cutting a boys hair. Above his ears is SO straight, it looks kinda funny. Maybe I'll just enlist him, and nobody will notice.
Tyler says I should have just used the clippers. Riiigght. I've never used clippers, and am not going to expiriment on my baby boy.
Hopefully my skills will improve and he'll look better next time.
I'm just proud of myself for actually cutting it, I'm brave.

I use clippers on Cole and I think it is way easier than using scissors. But, the first time I cut Cole's hair I used scissors as well. Whatever works, Cole's hair would probably look better if I took him somewhere to get it cut, but I don't. Oh well. I can't believe how big Lincoln is getting, he is so cute!!
You really should stop cutting your kids hair...his hair was SO cute at the wedding!!
He is growing up so fast. It looks like you did a great job. Can you still do a mohawk for him? He looks so cute with one.
He looks adorable! I'm scared to use clippers too. I tried to cut Mitch's hair once..Didn't work and he's never asked me to do it again. Love the potty post too. She's so cute. If Tyler wants a summer job he can come do my job for the summer? It's an option? Doesn't pay beans, but I need a break! LOL!
I cut Keaton's hair a couple months ago and Kelly laughed every time he looked at it. It was too high above his ears and a little uneven, but hey - he just needed a little trim so I wasn't going to take him to a barber. dumb me. This time I took him to the pros and it turned out much better. Luckily, the difference between a good haircut and a bad one is about two weeks. ;)
