After weeks and weeks and weeks of whining, Tyler finally bought the girls new bedroom furniture! HOORAY! As you can tell, they had outgrown, and outworn their old furniture.
I needed the crub for Lincoln, which means Reagan needs to move up to either a toddler bed or twin bed, which means Kennedy has to give up the toddler bed or move up to a twin bed too! And their dresser is long gone. Missing the front of the bottom drawer, and only 2 drawers were still on the metal track. We definitely got our moneys worth on that one.
This is Kennedy's tiny toddler bed. She had been telling us her bed wasn't comfy, and that she wanted a new one. SAD! I think that's what finally made Tyler cave.
And Reagan's crib. Don't mind the mess, I snapped pictures while Tyler was putting together the new furniture, so it was super messy by then.
And the new beds and dressers. SO much better! I wanted white, but we (as in Tyler) couldn't find a matching set we liked. At least not one that was affordable and uncrappy. So they get black. But it looks okay with the bedding, so I'm happy with it.

I love all the bedding, the girls' comforters are so stinkin' cute! Did you make that quilt in the first picture...I like it alot. I never find deals on anything...thats why matt never lets me buy stuff.

Wow! The girls room looks great. Patience is a virtue. Oh, by the way how do you like having a little girl that can get things from daddy just by asking? You know, kind of like you used to do with Dad...wait a minute...you still do.

Hey, spray paint works wonders, and it's super cheap. I painted our banister with it and have been known to spray paint crown molding too (with fabulous results!) But anyway, the black is cute (and different)! I seriously love this bedding though - so hip and colorful! I bet the girls love it.
