Lincoln turned 6 months OLD 2 weeks ago. He went to his dr. appt. today, and here are his stats
height - 29 1/2 inches - literally "off the charts" - so >100%
weight - 19.11 pounds - 90%
Which means, my baby is HUGE! But I love it, I would much rather him have some chunk then be tiny. He's doing great, and is right where he should be.
A few things he can do that I want to remember :
rolls over both to and from his back
sits up (with a little help when he starts to tip)
loves to hear himself talk/babble
laughs at his sisters (that's one of my favorite things right now)
is still so smiley all the time
isn't cutting teeth - has a "dental cyst" whatever that means
scoots with his toes and can make it all the way across the room
still loves to nurse (obviously, fatty) and loves his baby food/cereal
has stopped fake choking on tiny pieces of bread ... nerd
looks so cute in Gavin's hand-me-downs (thanks!)
has started waking up a few times at night ... just to annoy me. once he gets the binky back in his mouth he's fine (dr. says "he's a big boy, he can find his own binky, just let him cry/fuss back to sleep") ---> easy for you to say! sad.
Still melts my heart every day. I love this little man so much. But I still think he needs a little sister. SHHHH, don't tell Tyler.

I just love him!! He is so cute and SO big!! I love all of the things you want to remember about him!! Oh and I will not tell Tyler!!! But I think he needs a little sibling also....not a sister but maybe a brother!!!

Because I just checked for Jacks...my carrier/carseat's weight/height limit are 22 pounds and 29 inches. You may need to check yours too. The problem w/ big kids is they grow out of stuff too quickly!
Our boy is getting so big. I love him so much. I even love the great big juicy kisses that he saves just for me.
you are sooo crazy! you have such cute kids... but oh my! maybe i just have horrible pregnancys... you want another already!?

He is so cute. We all need to get together again soon. It's been since he was just a new baby.
You are brave to want another one. I am terrified to have the third. Luckily, I still have a few months before that reality sets in.

Wow..what a healthy little guy! Doesn't the time go by fast? You and your family are very cute...and I think it is okay to be in love with another boy ;) I would have to say I am in the same boat!
