Christmas

Where to start?! I haven't updated in awhile .... this could take forever.
Christmas was great this year. Having kids has made the holidays so much fun. The girls get so excited for Christmas. I had to point to the calendar every single day of December and tell Kennedy how many times she had to go to sleep before Christmas was here. Which, by the way, has totally motivated me to make an advent calendar. I have less then a year, I better get going now!
The morning of the 24th Ma & Pa Fowler stopped by to spoil the kiddies. She made the cutest dolls for the girls. She crocheted them, I don't even want to think about how much time that took. The girls loved them right away, they sleep with them and always ask to take them everywhere in the car. G-ma Fowler made tons of goodies too, and even made us all slippers. Reagan wears hers all day, despite falling all over in the kitchen, she won't take them off!
That night it was off to Tylers sisters house for our Christmas Eve party. Dinner and games with a white elephant exchange too. We love hanging out witht the family and always end up laughing and making idiots out of ourselves. Tyler and I won 3 out of 4 of the games and got $2 bills! Wahoo! I love having traditions and hope we can have our "fowler family fun" every year!
The next morning we had to wake the kids up. I of course didn't sleep all night, I'm worse then the kids! After opening our presents, we just sat there! NOW WHAT?! The kids got tons of loot and played all morning. That night we went to Wyatt's so the boys ... and Crystal because she's good too, played xbox (I'm horrible, I quit trying a LONG time ago). After Tyler had his fix we attempted to go to Idaho Falls. When we hit Layton, I begged Tyler to turn around. The weather was HORRIBLE! Thank goodness Keenan & Janita live in Layton. We imposed a little and hung out there the rest of the night. Janita cooked (so yummy) and we let the kids play with Acacia's FUN new kitchen.
The next day we finally made it to Idaho. MORE LOOT! Hooray. My parents always spoil us and we got such great stuff. Mom, I LOVE my diaper bag! The kids got some great toys and have been keeping busy since. Thank goodness, not so much t.v.!! Tyler got trivial pursuit 80's ... anytime anyone wants to play, WE'RE GAME!
Tyler came home sunday night, he had wrestling practice monday and tuesday. He came back to get us Thursday night and we came home friday morning. New Years was spent stuffing our faces and playing games. What else would be doing?! The week FLEW by and I'm already missing my family.
Friday night we watched the Utah - Alabama game at Mike & Tarese's. UTAH KICKED SOME BUM! Tarese always shows me up and cooks so GREAT! The kids love playing dress up and had some pretty interesting outfit choices.
Christmas and New Years were so much fun, and we especially loved seeing all our family. Hope your's was great too.
Doesn't he looked impressed. Reagan LOVES her new shoes!
BIG smile!

Kennedy was SO excited to get her sleeping bag. She was looking at the Kmart ad the day before and begging to have a sleeping bag...ha ha ha, I had already gotten her one! I did good!

LOL sounds like you had a great time! We have the trivial pursuit that was MADE in the 80's (and also the new edition) it is HARD.
