Baby girl turns 2

Reagan turned 2 on Saturday. Is she really that old? My little girl is getting big. She has grown up so much just this past couple of weeks. It seems like overnight, she could talk perfectly! Tyler always says "actually, I have a rather extensive vocabulary!" from Little Rascals. That's pretty much how it happened though! She talks really well and has started saying "yep" when I understand what she's saying. She says it so nonchalant, it's really funny.
Thank goodness she'll still let me snuggle with her. She's still a mama's girl and I hope that will stick around for awhile. Kennedy has always been so independent, it's nice to have a little shadow. ONCE IN AWHILE, mind you. wink

To my little Reagan,

Mommy loves you so much. It has been so fun watching you grow. I love the relationship you have with big sister Kennedy and hope that it strengthens more and more as you both grow older. You have always been such a mama's girl, and I love it. What a blessing it is to have you in our lives. Being a mother is so wonderful, especially with you in our family. Thanks for being so fun and energetic, but also so quiet and cuddly too. You keep my on my toes, and make every day an adventure. Happy Birthday, I love you little girl.
At her dr. appt this week, here's the stats :
height - 34.5 inches - 55%
weight - 29 pounds - 80%
She's a pretty "thick" little lady. I'm sure that will even out eventually, right?! The dr. said she's doing great, and knows lots of words. She says I should stop discouraging her from using the potty. FINE! But seriously all the girl does is sit there and use all the toilet paper. She doesn't always even go potty either. And I have to clean it up, but FINE!
We celebrated the big day by going to Boondocks! I think we go more for Tyler, but the girls love it too. We played games all night and they got some fun prizes! Then we went to Burger King to play some more. They even got crowns (I failed to mention to them, that everyone gets a crown. It's more special that way.) Kennedy is so brave, and Reagan tries to be too, but was obviously SCARED of the slide, even with Tyler's help. I took tons of pictures but she only smiled in a one or two. She was being spoiled. She knew it was her night, and pretty much got away with everything, stinker.

This is how she looked in every other picture! Nice black eye right? She fell off the bed and hit the nightstand in Idaho. This looks REALLY good, it was horrible the first few days.

I love how happy Kennedy is!
