I'm taking the Wilton cake decorating class at Roberts, and it's so much fun! I was a little stressed when I had to bring my cake already frosted to my 2nd class, but was relieved to find that everyone else in the class was just as nervous at frosting their cakes. I do have to say, this is the 1st time you can't see crumbs in my frosting, so I'm kinda improving I guess. At least Kennedy appreciates me. When I brought my cake home she said "WOW! Look at that cake!" She thought it was most beautiful. I fully intended to fill the flowers in with the same star design but was quickly getting carpel tunnel and gave up. After I take this class I'm going to take the fondant and gum paste class. Look for me on "ace of cakes" soon!!

Lookin' good. You've really got talent. You've seen my birhtday cakes. They all look the same. Maybe you could teach me a few tricks.
MAN I wish they had classes like that here!! Well I guess I don't really have anyone to make cakes for....YET. But your doing good!!
What?!?! Who are you taking the class with? I so want to take this class...I wish I would have known I would have loved to have taken it with ya.
Good job on the cake!
Heidi - I'm just taking it by myself (well, there are other people in the class, just nobody I know.) at Roberts here in Centerville. I'm going to take the rest of the classes at Michaels if they don't cost too much....I let you know when incase you want to come!!
That is so awesome- GOOD JOB!
The only cake I have made successfully is an Easter Bunny cake. Go check it out on my blog. (It really isn't that great, maybe when you come up to I.F. sometime, you could give all of us a cake class! That would be fun!
